Why was I automatically charged after the trial period?
A free trial in the App Store and Google Play automatically converts to a paid subscription if it's not canceled in advance.
According to store rules, cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
If cancellation was not done in time, the store automatically renews the subscription and charges for the selected period.
All subscriptions in the app are managed through the App Store or Google Play. The store controls trial period timing, renewals, and charges. App developers do not have access to payments and cannot stop a charge that has already occurred.
If a charge has already occurred, it's best to make the most of the paid period. Many users postpone learning but then return to it later. A subscription is a good reason to start practicing regularly and see results within a few weeks.
